This Prefabricated box substation is widely used in photovoltaic power stations, urban development projects, and industrial parks. It adopts an independent three-compartment structure, with the high-voltage section equipped with HXGN solid insulated ring main unit, the low-voltage section integrated with MNS modular switchgear and SVC reactive power compensation modules.

The enclosure is manufactured with corrosion-resistant composite materials and equipped with automatic temperature-controlled cooling and anti-condensation systems. With IP33 outdoor protection, it can operate continuously in extreme environments ranging from -40℃ to 60℃.

Without the need for traditional concrete substations, the equipment can be installed by lifting and connected to the power grid within 24 hours, significantly reducing construction time for overseas projects.

Our 36,000㎡ fully integrated production base covers sheet metal fabrication, high-voltage assembly, transformer integration, and complete performance testing. Each Prefabricated box substation undergoes three-stage quality inspection:

The minimum order quantity is only 1 set. Customized prototype development can be completed within 1–3 months, and trial units can be supplied for on-site performance testing under agreed cooperation conditions.

Before production, our engineers provide complete box substation design solutions, including reactive power compensation and intelligent monitoring system integration.

During manufacturing, customers can request real production photos and videos covering sheet metal processing, assembly, and final inspection procedures. Large overseas power projects can receive priority production scheduling to shorten delivery time.
