Our high voltage ring main is a compact 12 kV ring-main distribution unit designed for secondary distribution networks, transformer substations, and applications where space, switching continuity, and operational clarity are important. The HXGN-12ZF/T630-20 model is configured for 12 kV rated voltage, 630 A rated current, and 20 kA short-circuit performance according to the model designation. The high voltage ring main can be arranged with ring incoming and outgoing units, load-break switch units, fuse-switch combination units, metering units, circuit-breaker units, or bus-section functions depending on the network scheme. Its compact metal-enclosed construction is suitable for indoor substations, prefabricated substations, commercial buildings, industrial parks, and renewable energy facilities. Mechanical interlocks and clear operating positions can be incorporated to support safe switching and earthing sequences. Cable compartments, operating mechanisms, indication, and low-voltage control devices are organized for practical installation and maintenance. Because ring networks often serve critical local loads, our design review pays attention not only to the individual panel but also to network configuration, transformer protection, cable direction, extension requirements, and remote-monitoring needs.
The high voltage ring main is manufactured by Jiangsu Guoxing Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., a source factory established in 1984 with more than 36,000 square meters of production space. Our factory can develop the RMU lineup from a customer single-line diagram, technical specification, or existing prototype, and can integrate specified switches, breakers, protection relays, meters, motor operators, voltage indicators, fault indicators, and communication devices. More than 200 sets of production and test equipment support cabinet processing, assembly, and verification, while CNC sheet-metal accuracy up to ±0.1 mm helps maintain panel alignment and consistent mechanism installation. Every high voltage ring main undergoes 100% inspection before packing, and inspection records can be supplied. Export packaging is customized for the destination and can include moisture protection, reinforced bases, wooden cases, and handling marks. A dedicated after-sales department coordinates technical support, spare parts, and service solutions, with a standard warranty of 18 months from shipment. For overseas agents, OEM branding, local-language labels, production updates, and repeat-order priority can be arranged, making the product easier to integrate into local distribution projects and long-term supply programs.
