Production Equipment
The company has established a full-process production line from raw material processing to finished product inspection, equipped with more than 200 sets of advanced domestic and foreign equipment, realizing standardized production and accurate testing. The core equipment is divided into three categories:
Imported CNC processing equipment has been introduced to ensure the processing accuracy of electrical cabinet bodies and structural parts: including CNC shearing machines, CNC punching machines, CNC bending machines, etc. , which can achieve sheet metal processing with an accuracy of ±0. 1mm, meeting the precision assembly requirements of complete sets of equipment such as high and low voltage switchgear. To ensure the consistency and stability of circuit boards and coils (core components of products), MA30 horizontal insertion machines, AIS301 online PCBA soldering inspection machines, AIS201-12C online PCBA insertion inspection machines, fully automatic winding machines (Taiwan), fully automatic coil testing equipment, and fully automatic production and testing lines have been introduced.
