This Medium voltage ring main unit adopts epoxy resin fully encapsulated conductive components with no SF₆ greenhouse gas, providing an environmentally friendly solid insulation design. With partial discharge performance below 20pC and IP67 fully enclosed protection, it can operate reliably in harsh environments including high humidity, salt spray, and dusty conditions.

Compared with traditional gas-insulated switchgear, this solid insulated design eliminates gas leakage risks and enables maintenance-free operation with a service life of up to 20 years.

Our 36,000㎡ production facility is equipped with dedicated high-voltage assembly workshops and advanced testing equipment, including high-voltage withstand testing systems, partial discharge testing equipment, and temperature rise inspection facilities.

Each Medium voltage ring main unit completes strict quality procedures, including incoming RoHS component inspection, vacuum interrupter performance testing, complete equipment partial discharge testing, and withstand voltage verification. Any non-conforming products immediately enter the rework process.

All finished products undergo 100% factory inspection with complete testing records retained. Our products have passed ISO14001, CCC, and CQC certifications, and we provide OEM production support for high-voltage product lines of leading electrical brands such as Chint and Delixi.

Customers only need to provide single-line diagrams, site installation dimensions, and protection requirements. Our engineering team can develop customized ring main unit solutions according to actual project conditions.

The minimum order quantity is only 1 unit. Customized sample development can be completed within 1–3 months, and prototype units can be provided for third-party laboratory type testing under agreed cooperation conditions.

Before production, our high-voltage engineers provide professional ring network system solutions, including complete configurations with YBWW1 prefabricated substations and low-voltage switchgear.

During manufacturing, customers can request production videos covering solid insulation casting, assembly, and high-voltage testing processes. Large overseas power projects can also arrange factory supervision services.

Each complete unit comes with an 18-month warranty from the shipping date. Our dedicated after-sales department and high-voltage technical team provide international technical support.

If cabinet bodies or encapsulated modules are damaged during transportation, replacement solutions can be arranged directly. Third-party inspection at our factory is also supported according to confirmed technical standards.

With a monthly production capacity of 50,000 high and low voltage electrical units, we maintain inventory for standard models. Standard products can be shipped within 5 working days, while customized protection modules and non-standard cabinet structures can be delivered within 7–15 days.
