Our low voltage distribution switchgear is developed for projects that require a clear division between incoming power, outgoing feeders, motor circuits, and auxiliary control functions. Based on the GCS modular withdrawable platform, the system can be arranged in multiple sections so that each circuit has a defined position, identification method, protection device, and maintenance path. Functional units can be selected and organized around the actual load list rather than forcing the project into a rigid standard cabinet. This makes the low voltage distribution switchgear suitable for factories with many branch circuits, commercial complexes with changing tenant loads, and infrastructure projects that need orderly expansion. The cabinet structure is planned to support busbar segregation, practical cable access, and fast replacement or adjustment of functional units. When a distributor is bidding on a project, these details often matter more than surface appearance: the consultant needs a readable technical schedule, the installer needs predictable cable space, and the end user needs equipment that can be inspected without unnecessary shutdown. Our approach therefore begins with the system drawing and operating logic, then develops the mechanical layout, component selection, protection scheme, and labeling around the project rather than around a generic stock configuration.

The GCS low voltage distribution switchgear is produced in our Changzhou factory, where switchgear, distribution cabinets, circuit breakers, and control equipment have been manufactured for decades. The factory covers more than 36,000 square meters and uses over 200 sets of production and test equipment. CNC shearing, punching, and bending help maintain cabinet consistency, while electrical and environmental test resources support verification of anti-interference, surge resistance, insulation, temperature performance, and enclosure durability for applicable products. Our low voltage distribution switchgear can be configured with customer-nominated components, intelligent meters, communication modules, automatic transfer logic, motor protection, or spare feeder capacity. We support OEM and ODM orders, technical-drawing production, and prototype-based development. A dedicated quality department controls the process according to the relevant inspection documents, and every finished cabinet is checked before packing. Inspection records can be provided, and third-party inspection can be arranged against the buyer's written standard. With normal products generally scheduled in about five working days and customized cabinets in seven to fifteen working days after design approval, we help agents and project buyers shorten procurement cycles without removing the technical review that a distribution system requires.

Packaging & Shipping
Cabinets are protected according to size, weight, destination, and transport mode. Export packaging can be customized with environmentally compliant materials, moisture protection, reinforced bases, and clear lifting and storage marks.
Packing details, cabinet dimensions, and loading plans can be coordinated before dispatch to reduce handling risk at the destination.
After-Sales Service
A dedicated after-sales department coordinates quality feedback, technical analysis, spare parts, and service planning. The technical, production, quality, and sales departments work together rather than transferring responsibility between teams.
The standard warranty stated in our factory FAQ is 18 months from shipment for complete units and accessories. When transport damage or verified product problems occur, we coordinate repair, replacement, or return solutions according to the case.
