More than 200 sets of CNC sheet metal processing equipment and automatic welding machines ensure cabinet manufacturing accuracy within ±0.1mm. Every unit completes 10 comprehensive inspection procedures, including PCB connection inspection, temperature rise testing, withstand voltage testing, and insulation performance verification, with 100% finished-product inspection records retained.

The products have passed ISO14001, CCC, and RoHS 2.0 certifications, and we have provided OEM manufacturing support for leading electrical brands such as Chint and Delixi. MNS

Different from ordinary sheet metal cabinets on the market, our switchgear adopts a double-layer flame-retardant rock wool insulation structure. The main busbar uses silver-plated copper to improve oxidation resistance, while the withdrawable unit features IP2X protection against accidental contact. With short-circuit withstand capability up to 100kA, the cabinet can operate stably for more than 8 years in harsh environments such as metallurgy and chemical industries with high dust and corrosive conditions.

Compared with conventional low-voltage cabinets, our solution reduces failure rates by up to 62% and significantly lowers maintenance costs for overseas distributors and end users. It has become a preferred complete power distribution solution for large-scale overseas electrical projects.

For overseas engineering contractors, electrical distributors, and system integrators, our MNS series Low voltage distribution cabinet supports comprehensive OEM and ODM customization services. According to customer drawings, installation conditions, and project requirements, we can customize internal circuit layouts, cable entry and exit methods, and protection levels.

The minimum order quantity is only 1 set. Customized samples can be completed within 1–3 months, and trial units can be provided for third-party laboratory testing based on cooperation conditions.

Before production, our technical engineers provide free power distribution optimization solutions. During manufacturing, customers can request production progress updates through real-time factory photos and inspection videos. Repeat orders from long-term partners receive priority production scheduling to shorten delivery time.

Each complete unit comes with an 18-month warranty from the shipping date. Our dedicated after-sales team provides overseas technical support, and damaged products caused during transportation can be handled through replacement or repair solutions. Packaging & Shipping

Internal Protection
The cabinet body is filled with EPE shock-absorbing foam. Drawers and instruments are separately protected with moisture-proof film, and metal components are treated with anti-rust protection.

Export Packaging
Customized reinforced fumigated wooden cases are used, with metal corner protection and international shipping marks including moisture-proof, upward, and fragile labels.

Logistics Solution
Domestic shipping is available. Export orders can be arranged under FOB terms. Packaging complies with international marine transportation and fumigation requirements.

Damage Protection
Each unit is reinforced before shipment. If deformation or component damage occurs during transportation, replacement parts or cabinet replacement service can be provided.
