This explosion-proof marine canopy light adopts an Ex d IIB explosion-proof aluminum housing with IP65 waterproof and corrosion-resistant protection, effectively preventing ignition risks caused by flammable gases and vapors. The integrated canopy mounting structure is suitable for ship ceilings, hazardous storage compartments, and sheltered deck areas. With power options from 30W to 100W, it delivers stable lighting performance in high-risk environments with both oil-gas exposure and marine salt spray.

Our 36,000㎡ factory has an independent explosion-proof lighting workshop equipped with airtight testing systems, salt spray chambers, and high-low temperature testing equipment. Each Explosion-proof marine canopy light undergoes strict quality inspection, including aluminum housing RoHS testing, explosion-proof sealing tests, 500-hour salt spray corrosion testing, and 72-hour full-load aging tests. Products with sealing defects or insufficient housing strength are rejected and reworked. All finished products are 100% inspected before shipment and comply with ISO14001, RoHS2.0, and CCS explosion-proof marine certification requirements. Our R&D team continuously optimizes the explosion-proof cavity structure to meet international marine safety standards.
